岗位职责：
The challenge is to: Conduct financial planning and analysis allowing the organisation to make well-informed commercial decisions in driving business performance with insights through the delivery of reporting, analysis and commentary. Monitor and support month end closing, propose journal entries, reconciliations and working with shared service providers. Identify and drive opportunities for improvements on process and analysis on projects and initiatives. Support on annual and quarterly forecasting processes. Monitor business key metrics on a timely basis and help identify changes in trends. Build strong business partnerships with stakeholders. Perform other ad-hoc analysis and additional related duties as assigned. Do you have experience in financial analysis / financial modelling? Bachelor's degree in one or more of the following degrees: Business, Accounting, Commerce or similar qualifications. A CA/CPA/CIMA professional qualification. Minimum 3 years of relevant finance experience working in both a “Big 4” accounting firm and/or sophisticated and fast paced commercial organizations, preferably within supermarket retail sector. Proficiency in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to engage, collaborate and influence. Strong technical accounting and Excel modelling skills, attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects / work-streams optimally. The ability to execute business processes timely and accurately, understand impacts on financial outcomes and make recommendations for improvement. Good business sense, analytical skills and an inquisitive mind.
