Recruitment Consultant Job Description Your daily work will be mainly include the below: Consistently bring in high quality candidates through calls, meetings, and social activities. And build up an extensive network within your specialty. Develop mid to long-term mutual trust relationships with good key decision makers in good companies. Interactions including initial BD, Job Briefing, office visit, line manager debriefing etc. You are also expected to generate new business opportunities and new contacts during the daily activities.
