岗位职责:
· Responsible to support all Culture related activities & initiatives · Responsible for design & development of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion activities, aligned with strategies from the BMW Group. Additionally, needs to develop content & concepts from external sources - should keep abreast of the discipline and have a strong commitment to DEI · Responsible to support & foster the culture of Associate-led Social Responsibility. Leader developer for localized concepts to encourage this · Support for Digital Talent Development products. Constantly pushing innovative ideas in Talent development · Project management support for Lead Digital Innovation Team - to ensure Digital projects are executed within timelines and agreed dates · Responsible for Data Integrity within BBH-11. Incumbent will be responsible to ensure data sources are up-to-date (by working with cross functional teams), preparing dashboards through our HRIT Colleagues and creating narratives from the curated data · Support for Culture Dialogue initiatives, to ensure platform is executed and managed successfully · Technical & Presentation support for all events / visits, in close collaboration with HR Communications · 3. Scope of Communication / Negotiation · University education, master’s degree desirable · General HR Expertise · IT / Technical Skills · Innovative Thinking · Interpersonal skills · Project Management · Agile Methodologies · Business Acumen · Influencing skills · Consultancy skills · Data Management · Programming / Database Design / Web Design · Fluent in English
